Plenty of parking. Cover charge on weekends. LACOSTA LOUNGE- JFK & Landis Avenue. Top 40 Rock Bands and DJ on weekends with a DJ & occasional live music during the week. Rage Band jam session Friday and Saturday afternoons and the "Geator," Jerry Blavat on Sundays 4-8pm.Typically a 21-35 crowd. Small parking lot. Cover charge. OCEAN DRIVE HOTEL & BAR- 40th & Landis Avenue. Very popular spot with top 40 dance music 7 nights a week. Mostly a younger crowd although on occasion you can spot someone over 35. No parking. Cover charge. SHENANIGAN'S- 39th & Landis Avenue. Typically a 30sh crowd although this can vary with the different entertainment offered. Usually a top 40 type of dance band on the weekend with a Reggae Band one night during the week. No parking. Cover charge. SPRINGFIELD INN- 43rd & Pleasure Avenue. Party atmosphere with a mixed age crowd of 30 to 60. Danceable music and not too very, very loud. Other popular bands during the week such as "Bandstand" and usually a second band on the weekends. Their outdoor bar on the Promenade is open daily with afternoon entertainment on the weekends. No parking. Cover charge on weekends.
